I did not arrive here alone.
Somewhere, a woman made room for me — whether she knew it or not.
So I will not lead alone.
And I will not rise only for myself.
Over the next ten years, I commit to raising other women into leadership.
Not to mentor them in passing —
but to open doors,
to say their names in rooms they are not yet in,
to sponsor, to sit beside, to make visible, to multiply.
I understand that empowerment without infrastructure has limits.
And I accept that I am now part of the infrastructure.
This is a commitment.
This is a significant part of my legacy.
